He also has
two related professional licenses: Florida General lines property and Casualty
Insurance; and Florida Real estate Sales person. Mr. Correa is a member
in good standing of the Florida Bar, the Cuban American Bar Association
and of the Latin Builders.
In 1996, Danny Correa began developing properties as President of Palmetto
Commercial Properties, Inc. which successfully purchased, developed Condo.
Converted and sold a 20-unit warehouse commerce center located at 2111 –
2145 W 60th Street, Hialeah, Florida.
Contemporaneously, as President of Villas Las Palmas, Inc., Mr. Correa
successfully purchased, built, developed and sold eight (8) new townhouses
located at 601 E 1st Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. Mr. Garcia was the General
Contractor of this project.
Thereafter, Mr. Correa purchased vacant land at 350 E 2nd Street, Hialeah,
Florida. The land was re-platted for a townhouse development and sold as
a turnkey operation.
In 1998, Mr. Correa, as President of Palmetto Commercial Warehouses, Inc.
purchased a three (3) acre parcel on 18th Avenue W 37th Street, Hialeah,
Florida. This site was successfully built and developed as a 72,000 square
foot commercial condominium warehouse project. Mr. Garcia was also the General
Contractor of this project.
In 1999, Mr. Correa as President of Bella Villas, Inc., condo converted
a sixty-four (64) unit residential building development centrally located
at 1300 W 47th Place, Hialeah, Florida.
In September 2001, Mr. Correa, by and through Pine Gooz, Inc., d/b/a Lake
Orleans Apartments purchased and operated an 84 unit apartment complex located
at 6850 W 14th Court, Hialeah, Florida. The property has since been sold
and closed on January 12, 2004. Pine Gooz, Inc. also holds title to the
property that houses the law firm of Aran, Correa & Guarch, P.A. at
710 South Dixie Highway, Coral Gables, Florida.
In September 2002, Mr. Correa as President of Hialeah Acres, Inc., purchased
a 3.1 acre mobile home park situated at 1391 W 29th and 30th Street, Hialeah,
Florida. The property has since been sold and closed on October 15, 2003.

Oscar Garcia
Oscar A. Garcia is the Chief Operating Officer
of ACGG Development Group. Mr. Garcia is a graduate of the Florida State
University, College of Business with a major in Real Estate. Mr. Garcia
is also a Florida lawyer in good standing with the Florida Bar. In addition
to his formal education, Mr. Garcia holds three (3) related professional
licenses. He is a Florida State Registered Real Estate Appraiser, a Florida
State licensed Real Estate Sales Person and Florida State Certified General
Contractor.
From February through September 2001, Mr. Correa and Garcia purchased, developed
and Condo. Converted three (3) separate properties amounting to twenty-one
(21) apartment units.
In December 2001, Danny Correa and Oscar Garcia by and through D&
O Development, Inc., purchased a 24 Unit residential building located at
2565 W 56 Street, Hialeah, Florida. The property was completely refurbished,
upgraded and Condo. Converted.
In December 2002, Mr. Correa and Mr. Garcia purchased 13 townhouses at 275
W 68 Street, Hialeah, Florida. The property was completely refurbished,
upgraded, and Condo. Converted.
On August 15, 2003, Danny Correa and Oscar Garcia as Managing Members of
280, L.L.C. purchased a 280 Unit Apartment Complex located at 5625 –
5775 W 20 Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. (Formerly known as the “Fourwinds
Apartments”). The property was converted to condominium and completely
sold and closed within nine (9) months for over Twenty Seven Million Five
Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($27,500,000.00). Believed to be the
largest Condo. Converted sell out in the City of Hialeah.
On December 15, 2003 Mr. Correa and Mr. Garcia by and through 180 Hialeah,
LLC purchased and operate a 180 unit apartment complex (The Casa Bella Towers)
located at 4400 W 16th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida.
On January 15, 2004, Danny Correa and Oscar Garcia as Managing Members of
448 Doral, LLC purchased a 448 garden home apartment complex located at
4400 NW 79th Avenue, Doral Florida, formerly known as “Country Club
Gardens at Doral”. The property has been fully refurbished, upgraded
and Condo. Converted. It is 100% sold, 95% closed with $0 debt. The projected
sell out of almost Sixty Million and 00/100 ($60,000,000.00) is to date,
the largest Condo. Conversion project in the City of Doral.
Phase II of Doral Gardens is slated for 146 new luxury condominiums housed
in a mid-rise building overlooking the Great White Golf course of Doral.
The construction is scheduled to commence during the 1st quarter of 2006
and the projected sell out of Phase II is estimated at over thirty two million
dollars ($32,000.000.).
On April 30, 2004 Danny Correa and Oscar Garcia as Managing Members of 310,
LLC purchased a 310 apartment complex located at 8075 NW 7 Street, Miami,
Florida, (formerly know as “The Midway Club Apartments”). The
property has been extensively remodeled and refurbished with an expected
Condo. Conversion sell out of over Thirty Seven Million Two Hundred Thousand
and 00/100 Dollars ($37,200,000.00). The property is 100% sold, 80% closed
with $0 debt.
On June 15, 2004, Mr. Correa and Mr. Garcia by and through CorGar Holdings,
LLC purchased and operate a 30 unit apartment complex (The Berkley House)
located at 3695 NW 9 Street, Miami, Florida.
On September 28, 2004, Mr. Correa and Mr. Garcia as Managing Members of
Heather Glen 234, LLC purchased and operate a 234 Unit Apartment Complex
(formerly known as the “Heather Glen Apartments”) located at
731 SW 148 Avenue, Sunrise, Florida 33325. This project has already been
Condo. Converted and has a projected sell out of over Forty Four Million
and 00/100 ($44,000,000.00). The project is currently 100% sold 65% closed
with $0 debt.
On September 29, 2004, Mr. Correa and Mr. Garcia as Managing Members of
Saga Bay 180, LLC purchased and operate a 180 Unit Apartment Complex (formerly
known as the “Lake View apartments”) located at 8260 SW 210
Street, Miami, Florida. This property has already been Condo. Converted
and is 50% pre sold.

On March 8, 2005, Mssrs. Correa & Garcia by and through ACGG at 255,
LLC closed on the purchase of an office building for Three Million four
hundred thousand Dollars ($3,400,000) situated at 255 University Drive,
Coral Gables, Fl.
On March 9, 2005, Mssrs. Correa and Garcia by and through 416, LLC closed
on the purchase of “Sabal Palm” a 416-unit apartment complex
located at 4301 West McNab Road, Pompano Beach, Fl. This golf course perimeter
property was purchased for Forty-five Million seven hundred sixty thousand
Dollars ($45,760,000).
On March 29, 2005, Mssrs Correa & Garcia by and through 136, LLC closed
on the purchase of “Coral Creek Apartments”, 136 units located
at 6820 Southgate Blvd. Tamarac, Fl. The property was purchased for fifteen
million seven hundred seventy six thousand Dollars ($15,776,000)
On April 21,205, Mssrs Correa and Garcia by and through 205 Jacksonville,
LLC purchased and closed for nine million two hundred twenty five thousand
Dollar ($9,225,000.00) “Water’s Inlet”, a 205 units river
front garden style apartment complex in Jacksonville Fl.
Currently, Mssrs Correa and Garcia are under contract for an additional
940 units in Central and South East Florida.
The combined formal education and practical experiences shared by Mr. Correa
and Mr. Garcia will ensure their success in this and future ventures.
Fernando Aran
Fernando Aran is Vice President and Real Estate
Consul of ACGG Development Group. Mr. Aran represents the company
in their acquisitions and end-sales . He graduated from the University of
Miami cum laude in 1978 with a bachelor of business administration, majoring
in accounting. In 1981 he received his juris doctor degree from the Georgetown
University Law Center . He has Chaired the Eleventh Judicial Grievance Committee
and the Florida Board of Bar Examiners . Mr. Aran has also served on the
American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry (Specialty
Trade Contractors & Supplies Division). He is an upstanding member of
the American Bar Association, the Florida bar, and past president of : the
Cuban American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association (Southeast
region), and the United States Propeller Club (Port of Miami).
J.M. Guarch Jr
J.M. Guarch Jr. is Vice President of ACGG Development
Group. Mr. Gurach 's primary responsibility is to oversee the capital
structures of all new projects . He received a Bachelor of Science from
Florida State University in 1981 and a juris doctor degree with honors in
1988 . He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the Dade County
Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. Mr.. Guarch serves
as a Florida Bar/American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division FEMA/Florida
Disaster Legal Assistance Volunteer, and is an active member of the Florida
Bar Scope Program , the Rotary Club and of the Emergency Management Division
of city of Coral Gables.
