Formally known as Arán, Correa & Guarch, P.A., the Firm was founded April 16, 1990, in Miami, Florida, by Fernando S. Arán, Danny Correa and Jorge M. Guarch, Jr. On January 1, 2005, Craig B. Shapiro, a then associate with the firm became a shareholder. All three founding members and the firm are AV rated.
